Bebopping with Korean food

Dr Ben Kim's recipes have recently been enhanced with step-by-step pictures, and this week I was lured by Bi Bim Bap, Korean vegetable palette with eggs sunny side up and a bit of hot sauce (I used harissa mixed with olive oil). See the recipe here, and see my result in these pages. True Asian cooking, as it takes time and a lot of different cooking pots are used: to steam zucchini and spinach (I used Swiss chard), and stew onions and carrots, but it's an easy dish and a yummy reward. I learned a trick for making non-stick eggs sunny side up in a normal pan: fry over low heat.

Serve on a sunny plate.
